Dry skin is no joke. It can feel like your skin is constantly thirsty, and when you try to slather on moisturizer, there's just no stopping the dryness from coming back.

Next up, drink lots of water! This will help flush out toxins from your body and keep them away from your skin.

Finally, use an all-natural moisturizing body butter or oil right after cleansing in the morning and evening (or whenever else you feel like your skin needs extra love). This will help lock in moisture so it doesn't escape as quickly as before.
